acts directly, indirectly, through, or in concert with to acquire control shall be identified
in the application and shall provide all information required by the superintendent. The acquiring

Section 41-14A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) AVERAGE MONTHLY BALANCE OF PUBLIC DEPOSITS. The sum of the

the authority to conduct, operate, manage, or promote on Sunday any amusement or recreational
activity within the corporate powers of such authority, or for any other person to participate

Section 34-39-6 Board of Occupational Therapy established; composition; fund created. (a) There
is established the Alabama State Board of Occupational Therapy. (1) The board shall consist
