The business and affairs of a cooperative shall be managed by a board of not less than five trustees, each of whom shall be a member of the cooperative or of another cooperative which shall be a member thereof, or a person designated by the governing body or board of directors of a municipality or other corporation, respectively, which is a member thereof.
