value of such taxable property, whenever used in this chapter or whenever required, the Department
of Revenue, the tax assessors, deputy tax assessors, board of equalization, or other assessing

by its declaration of trust any of the following: (1) That any specified class of shares is
preferred over another class as to its distributive share of the assets on voluntary or involuntary

Section 10A-2A-1.40 Chapter definitions. Notwithstanding Section 10A-1-1.03, as used in this

Section 11-50-411 Disposition of net profits of district; "net income" defined; distribution
of less than net income for fiscal year; availability for payment in future fiscal years.
