Section 6-5-155.1 Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this division shall
have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION. Any group, whether incorporated or unincorporated, affiliated
with or organized for the benefit of one or more communities or neighborhoods containing an
alleged drug-related nuisance, or any group organized to improve the quality of life in a
residential area containing the alleged drug-related nuisance. (2) CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE ACTS.
The provisions of Sections 20-2-1 et seq., known as the "Alabama Uniform Controlled Substance
Act," and Sections 13A-12-201 et seq., known as "The Drug Predator Control Act of
1987," and Sections 13A-12-210 et seq., known as "The Drug Crimes Amendments Act

Section 34-27-50 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have
the meaning respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) ACCOMMODATIONS. Any hotel or
motel room, condominium, or cooperative unit, cabin, lodge, apartment, or any other private

Section 34-9-7 Exemption of certain practices and operations. (a) Nothing in this chapter shall
apply to the following practices, acts, and operations: (1) The practice of his or her profession
by a physician or surgeon holding a certificate of qualification as a medical doctor and licensed

Section 45-17-92 Colbert County Tourism and Convention Bureau. (a) This section shall apply

Section 11-44B-25 Procedures to reduce or delete areas from police jurisdiction. Notwithstanding
any law to the contrary, any Class 4 municipality that is organized pursuant to this article
