Section 11-92A-14 Bonds of authority. (a) Bonds of an authority shall be signed by its chairman and attested by its secretary, the seal of the authority shall be affixed thereto, and any interest coupons applicable to said bonds shall be signed by the chairman; provided that a facsimile of the signature of said officers may be printed or otherwise reproduced on any such bonds in lieu of being manually subscribed thereon, a facsimile of the seal of the authority may be printed or otherwise produced on any such bonds in lieu of being manually affixed thereto, and a facsimile of the chairman's signature may be printed or otherwise reproduced on any such interest coupons in lieu of being manually subscribed thereon, provided that the bonds have been manually authenticated by a transfer agent of the bond issue. Section 15-18-179 Application for incorporation; certificate of incorporation; amendment; board of directors; dissolution; funding; competitive bidding laws not applicable. (a) A public corporation may be organized as a community punishment and corrections authority pursuant to this article in any county or group of counties located in one or more judicial circuits. Section 2-16-3 Permit required; refusal or revocation of permit; appeal and review. (a) No person, firm or corporation shall operate a public hatchery, and no chick dealer or jobber shall operate within this state without first obtaining an annual permit from the state Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries to so operate. The fee to be paid for such annual permit shall be established by the Board of Agriculture and Industries not to exceed sixty dollars ($60), which shall be due and payable on January 1 of each year; and, unless such permit fee is paid within 30 days, a 15 percent delinquent penalty shall be added.
