Section 11-62-10 Refunding bonds and notes. (a) Any authority may issue refunding bonds or notes for the purpose of refunding any bonds or notes then outstanding which have been issued under the provisions of this chapter, including the payment of any redemption premium thereon, any interest accrued or to accrue to the date of maturity or earlier redemption of such bonds or notes and any expenses of such refunding, including, without limitation to, attorneys' fees, costs of printing the refunding bonds or notes, financial advisors' fees and accountants' fees, and for the purpose of refunding any of its bonds or notes in combination with any other corporate purpose of such authority.
