Section 45-8-241.60 Definitions. The following words, terms, and phrases, when used in this subpart shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) PERSON. Any natural person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, receiver, trust, estate, or other entity, or any other group or combination of any thereof acting as a unit. (2) LICENSE COMMISSIONER. Section 5-26-3 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (1) DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION. The term "depository institution" has the same meaning as in Section 3 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, and includes any credit union. (2) FEDERAL BANKING AGENCIES. Section 35-8A-304 Transfer of special declarant rights. (a) No special declarant right specified in Section 35-8A-103(24) created or reserved under this chapter may be transferred except by an instrument evidencing the transfer recorded in every county in which any portion of the condominium is located.
