Section 27-7-5.2 Licenses - Limited license for travel insurance producers. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) OFFER AND DISSEMINATE. Provide general information, including a description of the coverage and price, as well as processing the application, collecting premiums, and performing other non-licensable activities permitted by the state. (2) TRAVEL INSURANCE. a. Insurance coverage for personal risks incident to planned travel, including, but not limited to: 1. Interruption or cancellation of trip or event. 2. Loss of baggage or personal effects. 3. Damages to accommodations or rental vehicles. 4. Sickness, accident, disability, or death occurring during travel. b. Section 37-11C-4 Allowance and claim of tax credits; Railroad Rehabilitation Income Tax Credit Account; written transfer agreements. (a) For tax years beginning after December 31, 2019, there is a credit allowed against the state income tax levied by Section 40-18-2 equal to 50 percent of an eligible taxpayer's qualified railroad rehabilitation expenditures. The tax credit allowed under this section may not exceed three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) multiplied by the number of miles of railroad track owned or leased within the state by the eligible taxpayer at the close of the taxable year. Section 11-51-90 Municipal business licenses; branch offices; application. (a) All municipalities shall have the following powers: (1) To license any exhibition, trade, business, vocation, occupation, or profession not prohibited by the Constitution or laws of the state which may be engaged in or carried on in the municipality.
