Section 10A-5A-2.06 Certificate of existence or qualification. (a) The Secretary of State,
upon request and payment of the requisite fee, shall furnish to any person a certificate of
existence for a limited liability company if the writings filed in the office of the Secretary

Section 10A-1-7.06 Amendments to registration. (a) If any statement in an application for registration
or a statement of foreign limited liability partnership was false when made or any arrangements
or other facts described have changed, making the application for registration or statement

Section 32-5A-195 Cancellation, suspension, or revocation of driver's license; grounds, procedure,
etc. (a) The Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency is authorized to cancel
any driver's license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof
or that the licensee failed to give the correct or required information in his or her application.
