Section 40-21-53 Electric, hydroelectric, gas, or any other public utility - License tax - Credit on electric bills for certain persons. Section 45-20-150.02 Bingo games - Permits. (a) No qualified organization may conduct a bingo session unless the sheriff of the county issues a permit to the organization authorizing it to do so.
