Section 25-4-152 Deduction of child support obligations; procedures; reimbursement for administrative costs; time of implementation; deduction of federal income tax. (a) (1) An individual filing a claim for unemployment compensation shall, at the time of filing such claim, disclose whether or not the individual owes child support obligations as defined under subdivision (7). If any such individual discloses that he or she owes child support obligations, and is determined to be eligible for unemployment compensation, the secretary shall notify the state or local child support enforcement agency enforcing such obligation that the individual has been determined to be eligible for unemployment compensation. (a) Fees to be paid to the Office of Vital Statistics are as follows: (1) The fee for making any search of the records and reporting the findings or for making one certified copy of the record if found shall be fifteen dollars ($15). Section 41-14A-5 Collateral for public deposits; general provisions. (a) Every qualified public depository shall maintain on deposit with a custodian, to be held subject to the order of the State Treasurer or the State Treasurer's designee (which may be a financial institution designated by the State Treasurer), eligible collateral having a market value equal to or in excess of the amount of collateral required under this section.
