Section 22-21-182 Borrowing by corporation generally; debts not obligations of state, counties
or municipalities; tax exemptions. (a) All securities of the corporation shall be signed in
the name and behalf of the corporation by its chairman and attested by its secretary, but
a facsimile of the signature of one, but not both, of such officers may be printed thereon
in lieu of the manual signature of such officer, and the seal of the corporation shall be
affixed thereto or a facsimile thereof printed thereon. Any interest coupons applicable to
any securities of the corporation shall be signed by its chairman, but a facsimile of such
chairman's signature may be printed on any such interest coupons in lieu of his manually signing

Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing Board Fund. (a) The Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing
Board is established within the Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities.
The board shall consist of seven members, including four licensed behavior analysts, one licensed
psychologist in the state, one parent or legal guardian of a person being treated for a behavior
disorder, or a person who has received services from a licensed behavior analyst, and one

Section 9-15-43 Sales of school lands - Disposition of revenues from sales. Any revenue derived
from the sale of school lands shall be paid by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural
Resources to the Treasurer to be deposited to the proper township or townships as provided
for by the Constitution and laws of Alabama. A report of such sale shall be immediately forwarded
by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to the State Superintendent of Education,
and such report shall show an accurate and legal description of the lands sold. The Superintendent
