SYNOPSIS: This bill would provide that tickets to entertainment events may be originally sold
with resale and transfer restrictions only if the ticket seller also offers the option of
purchasing the same tickets without resale and transfer restrictions. This bill would also
provide that no ticket seller, entertainment venue operator, entertainment event participant,
entertainment event sponsor, entertainment event promoter, or any agent of any of these entities
may penalize a ticket buyer or seller for holding a resold ticket. This bill would also allow
ticket issuers and venue operators to enforce certain policies, limits, and restrictions pertaining

for administering and enforcing the code of ethics for public officials and public employees.
The commission is comprised of five members appointed on a rotating basis by the Governor,
Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the House of Representatives. Under existing law, the
State Ethics Commission may impose administrative penalties for minor violations, but refers
cases for all other enforcement of the code of ethics to the Attorney General or the appropriate

This bill would provide that upon the issuance of an ex parte or one-year gun violence protective
order, the court shall order the respondent to surrender to the local law enforcement agency

This bill would provide for the renewal or early termination of a one-year gun violence protective

or felidae for which there is no USDA licensed rabies vaccine, under certain conditions. This
bill would further provide for the possession of certain canidae or felidae for which there
is no USDA licensed rabies vaccine. This bill would make it illegal to intentionally or knowingly
possess, sell, transfer, or breed any living large felidae, wolf, or bear, with certain exceptions.
This bill would allow persons who lawfully possessed a large felidae, wolf, or bear prior
to the effective date of this bill to keep the animal under certain conditions. This bill
