This bill would require the Alabama Supreme Court to adopt a Judicial Actual Caseload Study as the appropriate study for determining the need for judgeships in each district and circuit court in order to revise the factors considered in the study. This bill would also establish a deadline for the Supreme Court to revise the factors considered in the study.
