By Representative Hill HB164 ENGROSSED A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Section 36-25-15, Code of Alabama 1975, as amended by Act 2019-529, relating to the increase of time during which a candidate must file a statement of economic interests to provide that the increase in time provided for in Act 2019-529 shall not be effective for candidates for municipal elections until January 1, 2021. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 36-25-15 of the Code of Alabama 1975, as amended by Act 2019-529, is amended to read as follows: §36-25-15.
