to public K-12 schools; to require public K-12 schools to install water bottle filling stations
in school facilities; and to require the State Board of Education to adopt rules to implement
and enforce the provisions of the bill. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section
1. (a) For the purposes of this section, "water bottle filling station" means a
water fountain that allows clean filtered drinking water that has been cooled to be dispensed
