establishment under certain conditions. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to pet dogs;
to permit a pet dog in an outdoor dining area of a food service establishment under certain
conditions. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. (a) A pet dog that is
under the control of a person shall be permitted in an outdoor dining area of a food service
establishment if all of the following conditions are met: (1) The owner of the food service
establishment elects to allow pet dogs in its outdoor dining area. To evidence this election,
the owner of the food service facility shall file for a waiver with the State Health Department
stating they will adhere to the prescribed rules. (2) A separate outdoor entrance is present
where the pet dog can enter without going through the food...

recorded upon a written request of a mortgagor or a creditor of the mortgagor. This bill would
expand the act to require recordation of satisfaction to include mortgages securing commercial
agricultural properties and would rename that act the "Alabama Residential and Agricultural

state information system existing data relating to concealed carry permits issued by county
