members of the Civil Service Board from three to five; and to provide that no two members
of the Board shall be from the same city council district of the City of Jasper at the same
time, so that each district is represented. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section
1. Section 5 of Act No. 113 of the 1965 First Special Session is amended to read as follows:
"Section 5. There is hereby created the Civil Service Board of the City of Jasper, which
shall be composed of three five members appointed by the Governor, upon nomination in writing
by members of the Walker County legislative delegation, as follows: the senator and each representative
may submit not more than three nominations for each place to be filled, and the appointment,

the sale of draft or keg beer under certain conditions. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF
ALABAMA: Section 1. This act shall only apply in Randolph County. Section 2. The Randolph
County Commission, by ordinance, may permit the sale of draft or keg beer by retail licensees
of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board for on-premises consumption and for off-premises consumption.
Beer sold for off-premises consumption may not exceed 288 ounces per customer per day which
must be sealed, labeled, packaged, and taxed in accordance with state and federal laws and
regulations. No draft or keg beer shall be sold on a Sunday unless authorized by general or
local law. The county commission, by ordinance, may otherwise regulate the sale of draft or
keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board within the municipality.
