Rd 1 06-FEB-20 SYNOPSIS: Under current law, a licensed used motor vehicle dealer may purchase
a maximum combined total of five motor vehicle dealer and motorcycle dealer license plates
unless the dealer completed 300 or more title transfer applications during the preceding dealer
license year. This bill would provide for an increase in the maximum combined total of motor
vehicle dealer and motorcycle dealer license plates a used motor vehicle dealer may purchase
to 10 without regard to the number of title transfer applications by the dealer during the

SYNOPSIS: Under existing law, it is unlawful to own, maintain, sell, or trade any canidae
or felidae for which there is no USDA licensed rabies vaccine, under certain conditions. This
bill would further provide for the possession of certain canidae or felidae for which there
is no USDA licensed rabies vaccine. This bill would make it illegal to intentionally or knowingly
possess, sell, transfer, or breed any living large felidae, wolf, or bear, with certain exceptions.
This bill would allow persons who lawfully possessed a large felidae, wolf, or bear prior
to the effective date of this bill to keep the animal under certain conditions. This bill
