to the Department of Veterans' Affairs in the amount of $5,041,468 for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2017; amends Act 2016-199, the Education Trust Fund Appropriations Act, regarding
the appropriation to the Alabama Historical Commission; and provides for unexpended funds
of certain agencies remaining on September 30, 2017 to be reappropriated for the fiscal year
