The patrons, guests, or members of the retail licensee may exit the licensed premises with open containers of alcoholic beverages acquired from the licensee and may consume alcoholic beverages anywhere within the entertainment district. The patrons, guests, or members may not enter licensed premises of another licensee with open or closed containers of alcoholic beverages acquired elsewhere.
