Revenue from the delivery of 911 services are distributed to districts on a base distribution and a per capita distribution from the fund. This bill would delete the provisions for a base distribution from the fund and would specify that the distribution would be on a per capita basis. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Section 11-98-5.2 of the Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the 911 Fund; to further provide for distributions to districts on a per capita basis.
