A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to public K-12 education; to establish the High Performance Principals Program; to provide legislative intent; to provide financial incentives to high performing elementary school principals; to require the State Superintendent of Education to implement the program pursuant to rules adopted by the State Board of Education; and to provide for an annual appropriation to the department as necessary to implement the program.
