This bill would authorize the county commission of a wet county, by resolution, to regulate and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages during certain hours on Sunday or the sale of draft or keg beer by properly licensed retail licensees. This bill would also authorize the governing body of a wet municipality, by ordinance, to regulate and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages during certain hours on Sunday or the sale of draft or keg beer by properly licensed retail licensees.
