BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 13A-7-1, Code of Alabama 1975, as last amended by Act 2016-402, 2016 Regular Session, and Section 15-10-3, Code of Alabama 1975, are amended to read as follows: ยง13A-7-1.
