SB339 SYNOPSIS: Under existing law, the University of North Alabama is under the management
of a board of trustees. This bill would revise the membership of the board to replace the
State Superintendent of Education with an at-large member appointed from within or outside

relating to the University of North Alabama; to revise the membership of the board by replacing
