of Secretary of Early Childhood Education. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Section 26-24-2,
Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the Secretary of Early Childhood Education; to provide for
the qualifications of the secretary. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1.
