BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 36-27-1, Code of Alabama 1975,
is hereby amended to read as follows: ยง36-27-1. "When used in this article, the following
terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates
