BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $5,866,947 from the Education Trust Fund Advancement and Technology Fund to the Alabama Community College System for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016.
