of Alabama 1975, relating to issuance of annual stamps for waterfowl hunting; to provide for
the issuance of lifetime waterfowl stamps and to establish fees; and to provide for adjustment
of the fees. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 9-11-433, Code
of Alabama 1975, is amended to read as follows: §9-11-433. "(a) A stamp shall be issued
to each hunting license applicant by the judge of probate or issuing officer of any county
of the state or other authorized license agent as provided herein upon the payment of a fee
of five dollars ($5). Each stamp shall be valid for the duration of one hunting season as
established by the department. Stamps shall be available for sale prior to any waterfowl season,

designated federal and state disability programs are eligible to purchase a fishing or hunting
license at a reduced cost. A child who was receiving Social Security benefits as a disabled
child, but becomes disqualified for the federal disability benefit based on a change in family
circumstances, loses eligibility for a disabled fishing or hunting license. This bill would
