Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is
hereby appropriated $5,866,947 from the Education Trust Fund Advancement and Technology Fund
to the Alabama Community College System for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016. This
appropriation shall be expended for equipment and/or deferred maintenance. Section 2. In addition

of Kellyton may authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages within the municipality on Sunday
by an election pursuant to this act, in the following manner: The governing body of the Town
of Kellyton, by resolution, may call an election for the municipality to determine the sentiment
of the voters of the municipality residing within the corporate limits, as to whether or not
alcoholic beverages can be legally sold or distributed on Sunday within the municipality.
