Fourteenth Amendments prohibit the imposition of the death penalty on criminal defendants

would prohibit the imposition of the death penalty for any criminal defendant who was less
than 18 years of age at the time of the commission of the capital offense. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

wage shall be set at ten dollars ten cents ($10.10) per hour. Each employer in Mobile County
shall pay to each employee wages at a rate of not less than ten dollars ten cents ($10.10)
per hour for hours worked in a pay period regardless of how the time at work is measured.
(b) If the tips of a tipped employee combined with the direct wages of the employer of at
least two dollars thirteen cents ($2.13) an hour do not equal the minimum wage established

thirty dollars ($30) shall be assessed against and collected from each person booked or incarcerated

Medical Control Committee. One of the additional members would be a physician appointed by
