date for Section 1 and Section 2 of the act, to provide that Section 2 of Act 2015-202, creating
the Tuscaloosa County Road Improvement Commission, shall become effective immediately upon
the enactment of this amendatory act. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section
1. Section 3 of Act 2015-202 of the 2015 Regular Session is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. (a) Section 2 this act (2015-202), providing for the creation of the Tuscaloosa
County Road Improvement Commission, shall become effective immediately upon the enactment
of this amendatory act. "(b) Section 1 of this act (2015-202) shall become effective

such other acts applicable to Blount County, including, but not limited to, Sections 40-23-1,
