BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any airport authority established by any Class 3 municipality organized under Act 618, 1973 Regular Session (Acts 1973, p. 879), shall have two additional members appointed by the county commission of the county where the municipality is located. Members appointed pursuant to this section shall serve for terms as currently provided for other members of the authority. Section 2.
