A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Section 34-23-92, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to
the State Board of Pharmacy; to provide for the regulation of the training of pharmacy technicians.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 34-23-92, Code of Alabama 1975,
is amended to read as follows: §34-23-92. "The board shall exercise, subject to the
provisions of this chapter, the following powers and duties: "(1) To adopt rules concerning
the records and reports to be kept and made by a pharmacy relating to the filling of prescriptions
