In Marengo County, the county commission may establish a mail fee in the probate office in an amount of up to five dollars ($5) for the issuance, renewal, and mailing of each registration, receipt, certificate, license, land record, copy, or other requested or required paperwork or documentation requested or renewed online, by mail, or by phone that is delivered by mail. Any fees collected shall be deposited on a regular basis in the county general fund. Section 2.
