Code of Alabama 1975, to change the membership of the Cullman County Community Development
Commission. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 45-22-90, Code
of Alabama 1975, is amended to read as follows: §45-22-90. "(a) There is created the
Cullman County Community Development Commission which may receive, except as provided in subdivision
(2) of subsection (c), and by majority vote may distribute any funds in the Community Development
Fund created herein for the purposes of promoting economic and community development, education,
conservation, and fire protection. The commission shall be comprised of the following members:
"(1) A person appointed by the Senator representing Cullman County and whose term will
coincide with the term of the Senator or until replacement. "(2) A person appointed by
