The fee for the stamp is five dollars. This bill would raise the fee for the waterfowl stamp to ten dollars and would authorize periodic adjustment of the stamp fee by the department based on the Consumer Price Index in the same manner as other hunting and fishing licenses. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Section 9-11-433, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to issuance of stamps for waterfowl hunting; to raise the stamp fee and to authorize periodic adjustment of the fee.
