This bill would require each organization that receives an exemption from sales and use taxes because of specific legislation to annually file certain information to the Department of Revenue. This bill would provide that a failure to file a report shall result in the suspension of the tax exemption status for the preceding year. This bill would require the Department of Revenue to promulgate rules necessary to enforce this act.
