BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Sections 16-52-3 and 16-52-4 of the Code of Alabama 1975, are amended to read as follows: §16-52-3. "(a) There is created a Board of Trustees for Jacksonville State University, the state educational institution formerly known as Jacksonville State College at Jacksonville, Alabama.
