SB234 ENGROSSED By Senator Bussman A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to the Alabama Nursing Board; to amend Sections 34-21-1 and 34-21-2, Code of Alabama 1975; to change the composition of the Alabama Nursing Board; to change the process for selection of appointees to the board; and to clarify that a certified registered nurse practitioner, a certified nurse midwife, or a physician's assistant, in addition to a physician or dentist, may delegate orders to a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Sections 34-21-1 and 34-21-2, Code of Alabama 1975, are amended to read as follows: §34-21-1.
