Rep(s). By Representative Beckman HB20 ENROLLED, An Act, Relating to the City of Millbrook
in Elmore and Autauga Counties; to authorize the city council to regulate and permit the sale
of alcoholic beverages on Sundays under certain conditions by retail licensees of the Alcoholic
Beverage Control Board; and to authorize the city council to provide for the sale of draft
beer, with certain exceptions, by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. This act shall apply only within the
corporate limits of the City of Millbrook in Elmore and Autauga Counties. Section 2. The City
Council of the City of Millbrook, by resolution, may regulate and permit the sale for on premises
consumption only of alcoholic beverages on Sunday after 12:00 p.m. upon the licensed premises
of retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the State of Alabama and of

but provide procedures to transfer responsibility or to contest the notice of violation. This
bill would allow a law enforcement agency or a local governing entity, in consultation with
a school system, to enter an agreement with a private contractor for the installation, operation,
notice processing, and administration of a school bus automated device. This bill would grant
subject matter jurisdiction to district and municipal courts to adjudicate the civil notice.
