This bill would provide procedures for the incorporations, reincorporation, and dissolution of authorities by a university. This bill would provide for a board of directors to direct the operations of an authority established under this act. This bill would also authorize these authorities to have any power granted nonprofit corporations, the power of eminent domain as is vested by law in any municipality, and the power to incur indebtedness.
