LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality
of Section in Jackson County are altered, rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate
limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now included, all of the following territory:
Beginning on existing Town limits where the south right-of-way of Alabama Highway No. 35 intersects
the east line of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 25, Township 5 south, Range 6 east of
the Huntsville Meridian, run S 55 degrees 39' 54" E with the said south right-of-way
of Alabama No. 35 to a point where the said right-of-way intersects the north line of Section
