By Representative Hammon HB682 ENGROSSED A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to Morgan County; to provide for additional court cost in cases filed in the circuit, district, and juvenile courts; and to provide for the distribution of the court costs. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. (a) In addition to any other court costs and fees currently assessed in Morgan County, the following court costs shall be assessed: (1) In all civil cases filed in the district court, including child support, a docket fee of fifteen dollars ($15) in each case. (2) In all juvenile and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile court, a docket fee of twenty dollars ($20) in each case. The fee shall be collected in all cases in which the defendant is found delinquent, a bond forfeited, a penalty imposed, or where there is issued any alias warrant of arrest.
