in Dallas County; to authorize the sale of draft and keg beer in the unincorporated areas
of the county; and to provide that each municipality in Dallas County may authorize the sale
of draft and keg beer in the municipality. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section
1. This act shall apply only in the unincorporated areas of Dallas County and each municipality
in Dallas County. Section 2. (a) Draft beer and keg beer may be sold for on-premises or off-premises
consumption by any retail licensee of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the unincorporated
areas of the county. (b) Each municipality in Dallas County, by ordinance, may authorize the
sale of draft beer and keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
for on-premises or off-premises consumption in the...
