more than four feet beyond the rear of the bed or the body of the vehicle a red or orange
flag not less than 12 inches both in length and width must be placed at the end of the load.
A red light or amber strobe light that is plainly visible at least 200 feet from the rear
of the vehicle must be displayed at the end of the load between sunset and sunrise. This bill
would require any motor vehicle or trailer transporting a load of logs, long pulpwood, poles,
or posts that extend more than four feet beyond the rear of the body or bed of the vehicle
to have an amber strobe light or amber LED light equipped at all times on...

an employee to act on behalf of the company with regard to insurance coverage offered. This
bill would specify that a licensed motor vehicle rental company may authorize and pay compensation
to an employee or authorized representative of the company to offer or sell insurance coverage
without the employee or authorized representative being individually licensed to sell insurance.
This bill would also provide that an employee or representative of the motor vehicle rental
company may not be compensated based primarily on the number of customers who elect to purchase
insurance coverage, but may receive compensation incidental to his or her overall compensation.
