Fort Payne City Council. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. This act
shall only apply to the City of Fort Payne in DeKalb County. Section 2. The sale of draft
or keg beer or malt beverages by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
is authorized in the City of Fort Payne. All resolutions and ordinances relating to the sale,
consumption, and possession of bottled or canned beer in such city shall apply to draft or
keg beer or malt beverages. The Fort Payne City Council may adopt an ordinance regulating
the sale of draft or keg beer or malt beverages pursuant to this act. Section 3. All laws
