This bill would establish a replacement license fee for a stolen, lost, or misplaced licensing card. This bill would require that each person who applies for licensure as an assisted living administrator shall pay an annual administrative fee as determined by the board. This bill would require each person holding an expired license to follow all procedures for new licensure and pay a reapplication fee established by the board. This bill would authorize the board to establish and charge an information change fee under certain circumstances relating to a change of the place of employment or change of home address of a licensee.
