Legislation Rd 1 14-APR-15 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to Dale County; to further
provide for the salary of the judge of probate. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. (a) Beginning on the effective date of this act, the Judge of Probate of Dale County
shall receive an annual salary of seventy-three thousand six hundred nineteen dollars and
seventy-five cents ($73,619.75). (b) Notwithstanding Chapter 2A, Title 11, Code of Alabama
1975, the judge of probate shall receive any cost-of-living increase or other uniform increase
in compensation granted to all county employees after the effective date of this act. Section
2. All laws or parts of laws which conflict with this act are repealed. Section 3. This act
shall become effective on the first day of the first month following its passage and approval
